Design and Features
C720-3404 follows the same design we saw C720 Acer Chromebook (C720-2800). This work is still delicious, but its black exterior gray looking more dated when compared to the sleek system such as HP Chromebook 11 (Verizon LTE).
The C720-3404 also has the same 11.6-inch 1366-by-768-resolution LCD found on previous models Acer Chromebook. It has narrow viewing angles, especially when compared to the system with In-Plane Switching (IP) screens like the HP 11 and the pricier Chromebook Google Chromebook Pixel. No touch screen like the Acer Chromebook C720P-2600 or the Chromebook Pixel, but it was not a big deal, since the Chrome OS is not optimized for the touch screen. The keyboard is adequate for typing anything from the creators of schools 1,000-page manuscript, and the one-piece touchpad is well sized and responsive.
With 4GB of system memory and a 32GB solid-state drive (SSD) for local storage. That may seem a smallish amount for both, but Chrome OS will not have to worry about keeping the memory-intensive programs such as active anti-virus background. Also, because Chrome works online most of the time, you are expected to use the Google Drive online storage instead of the relatively paltry 32GB onboard (about 23GB which is actually available). Can increase the user with a 64GB SD card or via plug in an external USB drive. Port include an HDMI port, a Kensington lock port, a USB 2.0 port, and a USB 3.0 port. Like other Chromebook, the C720-3404 have 12 free Gogo Internet pass and 100GB of Google Drive storage for two years. The system also has a one-year warranty.
