Aorus X7 Pro

The Aorus X7 Pro ($ 2,599 as tested) is at the higher end of the price spectrum for a midrange gaming laptop, but guaranteed it its price tag by packing two sporting level Nvidia GeForce GTX 970M GPUs with a 0.9 inch-thick chassis, which is much thinner other 15- and 17-inch system. Quality testing its 3D gaming is because very good, but the streak, like a modest screen and loud fan noise, keep the system from reaching the top.

Design and Features
The X7 Pro $ 2,499.00 at Adorama is a large, black painted metal chassis, measuring about 0.9 by 17 by 12 inches (HWD) and weighs 6.75 pounds. The backlit keyboard is a mixed bag: we like the fact that you can turn off the Windows key to prevent the system from moving the Start screen during the playing session. Each current gaming convention, the WASD keys are highlighted to make them easier to find. The system has a two-year warranty, but only one year for battery.
